The building is 70 ft x 100 ft (interior dimensions). The interior walls are 10 feet in height. The building is located in Gainesville,Florida Indoor design conditions are 75 deg F db and 50%rh. Lighting: recessed, unvented, 1.5 watt/sq.ft. (includes ballast energy) on from 8AM to 6 PM Equipment: 3 watt/sq.ft. on from 8AM to 6PM Occupants: 45 occupants, sedentary work, from 8AM to 6PM Windows: U-value = 0.8 btu/hft 2 deg F SC = 0.55 North wall 20% glass, South wall 20% glass, East wall 10% glass, West wall 10% glass Exterior walls: 4 inch face brick, ½” air space, mastic vapor barrier, 8 inch heavy weight concrete block, R-5 insulation, 5/8 inch gypsum board, building construction weight is medium
