System Baseline Lab This laboratory will utilize a couple of free tools to determine the baseline configuration of a Windows based system and the patch level of applications. These are critical security measurements associated with clients as unpatched vulnerabilities can constitute a significant risk to a system. The two tools that will be used, Microsoft System Baseline Analyzer and Secunia’s Personal Software Inspector are available on line.
