2 Mission statement: "We strive to bring consumers foods that are safe, of high quality and provide optimal nutrition to meet physiological needs. In addition to nutrition, health and wellness, Nestlé  products bring consumers the vital ingredients of taste and pleasure. As consumers continue to make choices regarding foods and beverages they consume, Nestlé helps provide selections for all individual taste and lifestyle preferences. We continue to search for answers to bring consumers Good Food for Good Life." Nestlé's mission statement is very specific and to the point, it shows the business where Nestlé is operating, producing foods and beverages, the competitive advantage or what makes Nestlé's products different from other products, which is the taste and safety of its products. In addition to that, the mission statement shows how Nestlé is tailoring its products to meet the specific needs of every individual. The reason why Nestlé's mission statement doesn't have a clear utterance of its customers is that Nestlé is a multinational company producing over 28 brands, each with different

3 objectives and target markets, however, this shows the objective of Nestlé as a whole to be a leading company in the field of nutrition targeting the whole world. Nestlé international: Nestlé is the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company, founded in 1866 in Switzerland by Henri Nestlé who developed the first milk food for children in 1867. Since then, Nestlé has expanded to nearly all countries of the world. In all the local markets, which Nestlé penetrated, the main goal of the company was to deliver the best products for customers in terms of health and nutrition, not caring for short -term profits as much as for the long-term business development, by creating trust and credibility among customers. Though it is not possible to provide single products for everyone, Nestlé tailors its products to suit all specific needs of its customers. Nestlé's portfolio covers practically all food and beverage categories. Some brands are only available in certain parts of the world. Some of the most popular brands are:

4 Nestlé in Egypt and its products: " Tailoring products to local tastes, needs and preferences is a standard approach, we've been present in Egypt since 1988 and we have developed products according to the local taste and according to what we have in other countries" This was explained by Andre Porchet from Nestlé to the Egyptian newspaper Daily News.
