The examination will begin promptly at 12:00 and end at 1:50. • You may bring one page of notes to the mid-term, limited to both sides of an approximately 8.5 × 11 inch sheet. The notes may include copies of homework problems, previous exams, etc. • Please bring your own exam books or paper to work the exam. The yellow Science/Engineering exam books are preferred, but not required. You may work on loose paper and staple them together (stapler provided). • The exam will cover material from lectures 1-8 on the course schedule and from problem sets 1-4. There will be no problems involving use of Matlab . • The exam will be entirely problems similar to the homework problems.
