This disease is characterized by symptoms including, Parkinson’s like tremors, orthostatic hypotension, erectile dysfunction, fecal and urinary incontinence, alterations of muscle tone, anhidrosis, and progressive dementia, which are all controlled by the Autonomic Nervous System 1 . The main cause of multiple system atrophy is neurodegeneration in sub cortical nuclei which mainly affects oligodendrocytes 2 . Oligodendrocytes are responsible for forming myelin sheaths which surround axons 3 . The myelin sheath is an insulation which facilitates transmission of electrical impulses down the axon to the synapse. Therefore, the oligodendrocytes degenerate,
