We will interface THREE 1K x 8 SRAMs (SRAMs 1,2, and 3) which are decoded right after the 1KB internal SRAM, and one 4K x 8 data ROM decoded at address ranges starting right after SRAM3. Use full address decoding (i.e., all address pins to be used for address decoding purposes) to provide the memory interfacing diagram to the 8051-based microcontroller. Use only a 3 to 8 line decoder, one logic gate, and inverters for decoding purposes. First give the memory map of the system.
