Q1) We need to interface several memory integrated circuits to a Dallas 89C430 8051 based
microcontroller. We will interface THREE 1K x 8 SRAMs (SRAMs 1,2, and 3) which are decoded
right after the 1KB internal SRAM, and one 4K x 8 data ROM decoded at address ranges starting
right after SRAM3. Use full address decoding (i.e., all address pins to be used for address
decoding purposes) to provide the memory interfacing diagram to the 8051-based microcontroller.
Use only a 3 to 8 line decoder, one logic gate, and inverters for decoding purposes. First give the
memory map of the system. Then show the address, data, and control pins for each memory chip
