1) (50 pts) A circuitry generating sinusoidal waves with varying frequency is connected to an ADC0804 and the output of the ADC0804 is read by an 8051 to calculate instantaneous frequency. The generated waveform oscillates between 1Volts and 5 Volts. 8051 calculates the instantaneous frequency by sampling the ADC result regularly and keeping the track of transitions between levels during a certain time period. a) (20pts) Explain how to determine the frequency range that can be correctly calculated by 8051 with this method (Just explain, you do not need to calculate the range).
