The baby Exchange Shock for possible case of babies switched at Hospital de Talca       With DNA testing parents of two babies that would have been exchanged at birth,  trying to identify his real children. If the error is found, families may take legal action.  On September 14, 2005, Cecilia Soto Castro and Elizabeth gave birth to two children at  the Maternity Hospital Regional de Talca. After six days, Elizabeth felt that her son was  not the one he had delivered and, since then, tried to make them selves heard.       So in May 2006 went to the Frankfurt doctor and began to investigate. She and her  son underwent DNA testing and the results confirmed the worst suspicions: despair  took possession of this family.       Isabel Muñoz, daughter of an affected family said they were "very concerned,  because there are children involved, not sweet then change, are children."
