I am aware of the location of the manuals & am able to access them at any time. I understand that it is my responsibility to know company Policy & Procedures and to read all current & future changes to company Policy & Procedure. I understand that all notifications of changes to existing policy will be sent in writing from Famous Labels Corporate Office. I further understand that it is my responsibility to keep current on all issues, policies, procedures, sales events, store changes of schedule and stock that may come through in my absence . I understand that I am responsible for & agree to read the Policies & Procedures Manual and Memos Binder on a regular basis along with the Communication Log. I understand that I take responsibility for signing (by initialing) that I have read & understood new policies, communications and memos. h Initial _________ By signing below I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the mandatory JOB COMPLIANCES as an employee and representative of Famous Labels. In addition, all of the following VIOLATIONS against Company POLICY have been reviewed with me & explained to my full understanding by my Store Manager.
