POLICY MEMO September 4, 2005 From: Home Office Matty Dishman-President TO: ALL Stores: RE: OVERTIME and PAYROLL-HIRING ISSUES This Memo is to remind ALL Stores of our POLICY regarding OVERTIME, “COMP TIME”, and Casual Labor, Hiring and Vacation Requests. Failure and NON-COMPLIANCE to abide by this policy From this point on are grounds for Severe Warnings and /or Termination. AS A REMINDER TO ALL STAFF MEMBERS WE OFFER CASH REWARDS, IN-STORE VOUCHERS AND POSSIBLE PROMOTIONS FOR INFORMATION ON EMPLOYEES or MANAGEMENT MEMBERS WHO VIOLATE POLICIES SUCH AS (Falsifying time, stealing cash or merchandise or giving unauthorized Discounts out, or other Violations. If you have witnessed any Violations please feel free TO FAX, EMAIL OR CONTACT HOME OFFICE In the Strictest Confidentiality without Jeopardizing your Confidentiality. 1. ANY and ALL OVERTIME MUST FIRST be authorized in Writing by Home Office in ADVANCE Before using it. IF it was NOT approved by HOME OFFICE then it will not be Paid. IN addition, you must have a VALID reason for OVERTIME and may be asked to provide Proof (of the reason and proof of working.) 2. If you’re staffing needs change and you find that you need an increase in payroll hours other than the one you submitted on your schedule you MUST ask in ADVANCE. Additional hours or
