MEMO July 3, 2005 RE: PROBATIONARY EVALUATIONS FOR 30, 60, 90 AND 120 DAY PROGRESS TO: ALL STORE MANAGERS: Attached please find 3 pages of new criteria for training, developing and evaluating your probationary employees in their respective 30 day progression periods of probation Please begin using them immediately for any NEW employees still under probation. If they have progressed past their 30 or 60 day mark already, please mark on your calendar their 90 day, or 60 day evaluation. The first sheet is to be evaluated by the EMPLOYEE. After reviewing the issues that are in question, please call home office if you are unsure of what action to take. The 2 nd and 3 rd sheets are to be filled out by the manager and address the issues that the employee has stated they have questions or unclear about. \ All Managers MUST review and counsel any areas or concerns that need improvement along with a time frame and action plan in order to assure that each employee has been given equal opportunity to be trained for their position in any areas highlighted by the
