Unformatted text preview: MEMO July 13, 2005 TO: ALL MGRS RE: SCHEDULES Starting the Week of July 17 th , please be advised that Home Office needs your NEXT upcoming weeks schedule completed by Wednesday of every week and your current weeks schedule by the closing of Saturday nights work so that we know who is on the following day (Sunday) starting a new week. In this way, It give us an opportunity to look over payroll hours and make changes in time so that the staff that are opening on Sunday KNOW what their final shift and schedule is several days in advance. I suggest making copies for each staff member with the PHONE NUMBERS of staff members listed in the event of illness, etc so there are no excuses. Please remind ALL STAFF that when a schedule is submitted to Home Office it does not mean it has necessarily been Approved yet, and changes may still take place. Therefore, I would advise them necessarily been Approved yet, and changes may still take place....
