Nutrition Analysis Paper Based off my food intake, I was not close to making the U.S. Dietary guidelines for any of the categories. As far as what changes I need to make, I desperately need to eat more vegetables as I only ate 1/3 the amount recommended. I also need to eat more meat and beans, as I was once again almost 1/3 off the recommended amount. I should eat more greens, meats, and beans in general, as those are the categories that I am lacking in the most. I didn’t do well in the other categories, but wasn’t far enough that eating slightly better overall wouldn’t change it. My food intake in relationship to vitamins and minerals was still far off from the RDA recommended guidelines. I was quite far off with many of the vitamins, even lacking ½ the recommended amount of vitamin A. Also for vitamin E even I was only receiving 1/15 th the recommended amount. All in all I failed in the vitamin/mineral department even more so then with the intake of each food group. I would seriously need to consider taking a vitamin pill perhaps, or seriously changing
