What do you think is the key aspect of this film as a reflection of (German) film history? It  provides a representation of the state of Berlin, and of its emotionally struggling inhabitants. Narration (Point of View, Method of story development, Chronology, Closure, Motivation of  plot): Much of the film is told from the perspective of the angels, moving through the inner,  often saddening thoughts of people in West Berlin. The film’s characters, who speak of past
