Add an additional $5.83 CPM to the preprint insertion rate for the TMC portion. The TMC/non-subscriber rates will increase according to postal rate increases. Minimum rate of $35 CPM for TMC. General Policy All advertising submitted for publication in the Austin American-Statesman is subject to the following general policies in addition to any policies set forth by individual advertising agreements with advertisers.
