Patrick Hill Annie Farrell ACC 333 4 October 2011 Brainard, Bennis and Farrell Case 1. The original goal of the founding fathers’ was to “deliver outstanding legal services by providing a harmonious place to work for truly superior-legal minds.” This is the ultimate goal of the firm and should be the focal point for future success. There are a number of current goals that the firm is aiming for. There is an intellectual, craftsmanship culture to the firm where they provide a strong sense of professionalism, quality of service, and sense of colleagueship. Another major goal being is having a culture that is egalitarian on major policy issues. The firm is implementing a short-term goal of becoming more active in “business getting.” The previous section is the current goals of Brainard, Bennis and Farrell. 2. There are some goals that have changed since the firm was founded. There has been a major shift from the sense of colleagueship to a more impersonal workplace. The firm has been growing dramatically since its origin and now the firm has 37 partners and 46 associates. Another thing with the size of the firm,
