Problem 2 (20 Points) a) Draw the schematic for a three-bit adder/subtractor. Assume that the inputs are s / a (so s / a = 1 means subtract and s / a =0 means add) and enable (EN = 0 means output 0, otherwise use the normal operation). Include an error signal, so that error = 1 means there was an error and error = 0 means no error. You may use the icons for the full adders in your design. b) Draw the schematic for a 2 to 4 decoder using only AND and NOT gates.
