During the course of the fall semester, you will be introduced to skills that will help you  transition to college. In addition, questions regarding CCAS, major, and other requirements  will be addressed. On Blackboard, there are many resources available for your use at any  time. Ultimately, CCA will be what you make of it, so it is important to take advantage of all  the information that is provided for you. COURSE OBJECTIVES: Students will: Identify time management techniques and study skills suited to a university curriculum  Become familiar with the GCRs and other CCAS requirements  Prepare for registration for classes  Explore possible majors  Practice planning a four year program  COURSE COMPONENTS: The CCA is divided into four distinct components. On the far left side of the main screen,  you will see links to: 1.     Lessons CCA is comprised of 5 lessons: 1.   Time Management 2.    Academic Integrity  3.    GCR’s and Majors 4.    Scholarships and Fellowships 5.    Career Exploration
