1. Was the introduction effective at gaining the audience’s attention and did it  effectively introduce the topic?  Yes the introduction was effective with gaining the readers attention. By introducing  my name a promising to prove that I was the most qualified person for this job, the  audience wanted to hear how I was going to prove it. 2. Did I clearly state and prove that I was the best candidate for the job?  How did  you prove you were the best candidate? What was my best argument?  I did clearly state that I was the best person for the position, while also providing it.  To prove that I was the best, I focused on tow qualities: programming and  communication skills. I used specific job stories for both qualifications. For  programming skills I talked about fixing the world wide problem that the so called  BEST programmers at Microsoft could not solve them selves. For communication
