New findings require further studies to confirm results Takes a body of evidence to determine effectiveness of a medicine, supplement, or health product of any kind!!!

Physical Activity & Exercise Equipment No easy way to get benefits from PA The most satisfactory way to lose weight is to combine caloric reduction and exercise. Equipment claims misleading; important to stress intensity, duration, frequency. Exercise does not break up fatty deposits, though it does burn calories, thus fat eventually is burned. There is no such thing as “effortless exercise”!
