Two nutrients necessary for a healthy body are proteins and water. Proteins, of course, build the body and make it possible for things such as our hair and nails to grow, augment, become stronger, and stay healthy. You can get proteins from meat and beans, among a superabundance of other applicable things. A lot of people eat fish, eggs, and beans to get a large portion of protein into their bodies. Water (H2O) - 2 Hydrogen, 1 Oxygen - is arguably our cardinal source of life, notwithstanding the sun.
