Management - Most employees are accustomed to the traditional ways of operating a business such as the standardized emailing and phone calls as a form of communication to reach other employees. Integrating such technology that is not the most commonly used practice in regards to management in a workforce would create a challenge to get everyone on board especially when they feel there is no true incentive to do so. Organization - Most companies stick to their usual ways of operating a business, like the famous saying ‘why fix something that isn’t broken’. So you could seem to understand why it would be a difficult task to integrate something that is new and a change of what they are used to. As most employees are not used to the interface and it would be a challenging learning curve for those who decided they would go through on the idea.
