Title IT205 Smart Scenario - Determining the Impact of CRM Software on Business Success Email to Boss RE: Emergency Executive meeting TOMORROW at 9:00AM I think we need to implement a CRM system to optimize our customer base. We are losing customers to other companies because a lack of customer  service. Not having the ability link our information together companywide leaves us behind. We need the ability to call customers who are inactive and  target areas of high traffic cliental. _______________________________________________________________________________________ From: Boss Subject: Emergency Executive Meeting TOMORROW at 9:00AM Just got off the phone with the Bean Counters and revenues are down! I need to know what each of you is going to do to fix this problem, pronto! We  are meeting tomorrow at 9:00AM sharp, come prepared to deliver a Presentation and Executive Briefing addressing what your department can do to  right the ship. Heck, I can't wait that long. I need a Reply from each of you RIGHT NOW. In your RSVP for tomorrow's meeting, give me the key challenges that are  facing your department and causing this sudden, unacceptable decline. Boss Airline Survey - Bad How would you rate your Overall Satisfaction with this Airline? Poorly, employees were rude, not helpful and not friendly. Reservation Experience? Horrible, not only did I fill out an on-line registration form I also had to fill out basically the same form when I got to the airport. In Flight Meals? The meal was horrible as I wanted a stiff drink and all I could get was water. Not many choices to choose as there was only water and Beef, Chicken,  or Vegetarian. Did not care about my peanut allergies at all. Customer Loyalty Program? Are you a member of our 'FlyMore' program? Which of the benefits do you find the most valuable?
