MUDRAS: SIGNS (Sanskrit) These are regarded as physical expressions of different states of being & are also used during meditation. ABHAYA MUDRA : “have no fear,” this gesture is of reassurance, blessing, and protection. The right hand is at shoulder level, palm outward. DHYANA MUDRA : this gesture of meditation and balance, symbolizes the path toward enlightenment.
