Burt then called Michael to ask if he could start his job the following week. Michael replied that Burt had no job with him. Burt wants to recover the cost of moving expenses from Michael and the Accountants-R-Us CPA Firm. Under what legal theory may he proceed? Discuss the arguments that Burt and Michael will each make if the claim is brought.  (Points : 50)          2.  (TCO B, D) Nail World, Inc. contracted to ship 1000 boxes of nails to Paulette at $1.32 per box. Later, Nail World, Inc. telephoned Paulette to request that the price be changed to $1.43 per box, and Paulette agreed. Paulette’s obligations remained exactly the same as before. When Nail World, Inc. shipped the 1000 boxes to Paulette, Paulette refused to pay more than $1.32 per box, claiming that there was no consideration for the contract modification. (1) Discuss Paulette’s position under the UCC? Is she correct?
