Build up AIESEC XJTU Internal Communication System Zheng Hao (XJTU) After the communication with several members in our LC, I find some problems TM should be responsible for run not well enough as our planning. 1. Training. The time is May now. Some members in OGX still know not enough about function hard skills and why they do Aiesec. 2. Meeting and Tracking. The meaning of meeting is not a waste of time but a good way to improve our efficiency. Tracking system counts most for our goal. But such two things become not that regular in our LC. 3. Bonding. The meaning of bonding is not only to play together. We really should bond the whole LC together to achieve our vision. 4. The whole culture of our LC. For SYSU, UIBE and HKU, when we consider them, it is easy to find their culture which is for aggressive, family culture or fighting for excellent. But in our LC, we are lack of the obvious culture. Based on the problems, I find some ways to solve them and want to take action to our LC better. 1. Training. To begin with, for the CI part, we should make use of 1
