Vice President Talent Management Role The Vice President Talent Management is the person who provide full development of the members of the LC and at the same time ensures the HR needs of the local entity are covered so the organizational goals can be achieved. Essential Functions and Responsibilities General TM Responsibilities Information management connected with the development of talents, talent management processes, documentation etc. Supervises the implementation of good case practices in the local committee Responsible for the management of the Coordinators/TLs/Members in the TM area Providing Learning opportunities (training, CEEDs, Int. Conferences, LR roles) opportunities in order to retain the top talents in the LC Creating internal initiatives to boost the motivation of the members Creating and implementing the Elements of Global Learning Environment
