So, you’ve created an AIESEC that is attractive to top talent, you’ve found the  best of the next generation of AIESECers from your university campus, and  you’ve managed to convince them to join AIESEC.  What do you do next? This is where the real work starts, because keeping the best of the best in  AIESEC, and ensuring that they have adequate development and opportunities  that will make them stay and contribute is a big challenge.   This resource will outline a few ideas that will help you start to think about ways  in which to cultivate your talent.   How do we identify different groups of talent? The first step in cultivating your best, is figuring out who they are!  To do so, let’s  take a look at a tool that will help us talk about who exactly we’re talking about  when we say ‘the best’ in the context of people who already have joined AIESEC  and are already participating in AIESEC activities and work.  (For a definition of  what we mean by ‘talent’ in people who are considering joining AIESEC, please  see the  Talent Definition ) Here is a chart that we’ll use to describe talent already in AIESEC:
