Basic questions for the recruitment How should the timeline after the advertising campaign look like? (Induction timeline with a NICO including functional trainings) (Induction timeline with a NICO excluding functional trainings) More information on each step you can find here: http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewwiki.do?contentid=10030923 Why should we do selection? To find the best members for our tasks; certain tasks require certain criteria and qualifications, so it is important to define the tasks accurately (e.g. Job Descriptions) and to find the appropriate members according to that criteria. To increase our member efficiency; the less inactive members we have, the more efficient our resources are used (workshop, trainings, PDTs, task assignments …), only active members can perform tasks and thus bring the local committee forward. To keep the motivation of our members up; if the whole local committee works actively, this will serve as a role model for new members.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
