NOTES: - under XPs you do not have to base your numbers on the number of members (count with the possible number of members in the team, lead by the TL posititions, it does not matter by counting if 2 position is filled by 1 person) - you can base your numbers based on the structure --> ex.: 1 ICX project can mean: 1 TL XP + 5 TM XP; if the project will have another leader will be another TL XP - do not forget to plan with: possible leader numbers who you directly induct, EPs who become TL or TM after X - you have to define 3 main numbers: 1.number of members you would like to induct 2.: number of TL XPs (positions) 3.: number of TM XPs - JDs in a team - do not overcomplicate the process - if you go through the mentioned ones it shows you the - TL XP: 2 months or 3 members

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
