Job Description – Human Resources Management Coordinator Role Overall Ensure the HR capacity to deliver our programs and activities at all times. AIESEC Experience Stage LR Accountable to VPTM Time Required 16 hours per week from July to November 2011, being divided as: - 1h tracking with VPTM - 1h meeting with the team - 4h online tracking of candidates - 2h structuring and reviewing the selection tools - 8h between interviews and other methods of selection Background Required Good communication Analytical capacity Team management Planning Skills Competencies Required Enterpreneurial Outlook Global Mindset Emotional Intelligence Activities and Measures of Success Activities Description (Responsibilities) Measures of Success Establish the methodology of selection and induction Selection and induction realized on time
