What are the keys to success in PS 100? (Guess my top reasons) 1) A good attitude (chocolate chip cookies help to) 2) Come to class… 3) and participate (take notes on Focus Questions, ask questions, have outside “activities” with other class members) 4) Keep up and use the TAs (be nice to them) 5) Read the chapters and do the practice exams 6) Don’t give up half way through and count on making a high score on the final exam 7) Effort is commendable and indispensable. But we grade on performance.

Keys to getting an “F” in PS100 Never read the chapters Attend class only when you can’t think of anything you would rather be doing. Never look at the focus questions (they are the questions the exams are based on) If you do poorly on one test, Give Up Don’t go to the TAs for help, (or wait ‘til the last day before a test.)
