Evaluating Resources: Yontii Wheeler Professor Rick Mauery The Center for Disease control website as a resource was really beneficial. It is a government website so it is very useful and the information was presented in a way that was easy to understand as well as successfully discussing and analyzing health information and statistics. There were not many factors to affect the way information was perceived because the information is mostly facts. The information was presented in a way that effectively allowed the viewer to make health decisions because information was organized and separated into categories-individual, community, and population. Information about the risks of certain health decisions, the types of health care available and general facts about health issues were combined. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation issue in Trust for America’s Health was also a website that collected data and presented it to viewers successfully through the use of pictures, tables, and statistics that were complied in a way that is easy for viewers to
