The mission of this class is to help you gain a functional knowledge of basic organizational behavior concepts. This course should provide you enough information and experience to be able to answer the following questions: What are some of the fundamental concepts of individual behavior and how do they relate to the organization as a whole? What factors influence group behavior and how can a group maximize its effectiveness? How are effective organizations created and maintained? Classroom Procedures Tips for a Successful Mission: Perform in this class, as in all organizations, in such a way that your bosses (the professor and TAs in this case) and peers think well of you and will give you outstanding performance evaluations. Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. Many managers fail not because of poor ideas, but because of good ideas that are poorly communicated.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
