The mission of this class is to help you gain a functional knowledge of basic organizational behavior concepts. This course should provide you enough information and experience to be able to answer the following questions: What are some of the fundamental concepts of individual behavior and how do they relate to the organization as a whole? What factors influence group behavior and how can a group maximize its effectiveness? How are effective organizations created and maintained? Classroom Procedures Tips for a Successful Mission: Perform in this class, as in all organizations, in such a way that your bosses (the professor and TAs in this case) and peers think well of you and will give you outstanding performance evaluations.
