In this psalm Nephi: promises praises prays “And it came to pass...” This phrase is used 198 times from 1 Nephi to 2 Nephi 5:30 and then never used again by Nephi. Later in Ether, the phrase is used 160 times, but is never found in Moroni’s own writings.
