Miranda October 16, 2009 Leading Peoples How do I keep Jonathan’s interest and involvement on the project? This first thing I’m thinking I’ll do it will be to push participation from him. To do so, I’ll have Jonathan meet and learn about the project and what his roles and responsibilities are. I will need to meet with him and start to concentrate on the project work; I will organize with him people and resources needed to complete the project, as well as incorporate and performing the actions of the project based on my plan. I can ask him to share his ideas and viewpoints related to the project. Since Jonathan tend to be independent is very important to have him involved in the project. We need to work together
