Long ago, within the vast kingdom of Valdalasia, there lived a young princess named  Lindsetta. During her early teenage years, Princess Lindsetta was well known for her  splendor and her ability to grace the avenues of Valdalasia with supreme confidence.  Everyone always knew that one day she would find her prince, and that she and he  would live happily ever after together. Indeed, Lindsetta believed this too—especially  after meeting Sir Davholin, a townsman who had caught her eye during one of her  midmorning strolls. For days on end Davholin wooed Princess Lindsetta with beautiful  flowers, romantic letters, and eventually, a marriage proposal.  Lindsetta, Lindsetta, your eyes sparkle with the shine of a million stars ,” he would  proclaim with admiration.  During those days Lindsetta viewed Davholin as if he was an angel sent to her from the  very gates of heaven, and she could hardly wait for the day she would become his wife.  Of course, these feelings did not persist. To her great dismay, Lindsetta became aware  that while Davholin was wooing her with his romantic gifts, he was also seeing another  maiden by the name of Holmelia. Upon learning of Davholin’s cruel deception, Lindsetta
