1 Observations In the beginning we were asked to give predictions about this practical it is shown in the table 01 bellow. So for that we did the practical for the given order. When we are doing the lens surrounded by water part we used the ray optics box and we put the white sheet and the lens into it and then we filled it with water. We had to place a small weight on top of the lens to stop it from floating. Then we positioned the light souse outside of the box so that the rays enter the hollow lens through the flat side like how we did the practical when is surrounded by air.
