DB Week #9 Instead of posting twice this week, you only need to post once (but can post more if you'd like). Also, please post no later than Saturday night. Question: What have you learned that you can use in your current position, a future position, and/or as an applicant? I have learned that there is more to staffing than just hiring someone. I’m not sure where I will end up in the future so I will have to say that I have learned how to better my interview process

The best thing to do is to answer every question to the best of my ability and honestly. If I don’t get the job then I know that there was a candidate out there with better scores then me and had better qualifications....
