Organizational culture and Leadership: Regarding organizational culture Yusuf Paracha said that as Arabian Delights is a family owned business there isn’t any formal organizational culture but they do try to make sure that their vision and values are incorporated in the organization culture. In Arabian Delights all major decisions are taken by the owners and therefore the company stresses on meeting targets set by the higher authority. The reason that they gave for such behavior is that their products are highly specialized and they want to adopt Syrian model of procedures. So in order to enforce these Syrian methods in their organization there is nothing much which they can ask from their employees. This shows that autocratic and supervisory style of leadership has been adopted by the organization where owners provide guidance, support and corrective feedback for day to day activities. Arabian Delights doesn’t give room for innovation to its employees and it neither encourages its
