Production Control: The amount of sweets produced basically depends on the demand of each item which is put forward by branch managers. This caution is necessary because owners believe that the excess amount of final good produced is at risk of employee theft and mishandling. So in order to avoid the risk of fraud every order is first communicated to the head office and after verification the order is forwarded to the production department.
