PHY 132: Objective: The objective of this lab is to compare the effects on an Oscilloscope of using Alternate Current (A/C) and Direct Current (D/C). The differences will be viewed on the Oscilloscope as voltage vs. time. Procedure: First, measure the voltage of a D-size battery using both a DMM and an Oscilloscope comparing the differences when one is taken out of the circuit and slowing the sweep speed on the scope. Second, take the battery out of the circuit and replace it with a signal generator comparing differences in D/C and A/C currents. Third, compare
