There are stakeholders arguing opposite sides of the closings. Those that want to see the two banks closed include Amy Miller, Inland National Bank, stockholders and customers outside of Rockdale and North Madison. Amy Miller is interested in this case because she is the manager of strategic planning in charge of reorganizing the merging banks in an economically sense. Amy Miller, Inland National Bank and their stockholders are interested in the closings of these banks because it would save the company money, which would Amy Miller did a good job, the bank would save money which could affect the companys stock value and future success. The customers outside of Rockdale and North Madison are interested in these closings because it would save the bank money which might result in lower interest rates...
