Evan Brown ENG 111 – DG Pat LeFleur 5 December 2010 Reflection Essay Inquiry 4 My target audience was the voters in California who were either on the fence or against the government regulation of marijuana. This audience could expand to the whole United States, appealing to all voters, and all people who sees this video. Seeing this video would expand one’s knowledge on marijuana and push for more widespread acceptance. My argument changed between my persuasive paper and this video. In my paper, I mentioned more benefits that marijuana regulation would bring. I had more time to write about topics in my paper than I had to show in my video. In my video I mostly focused on the economic benefits and a little bit of the health benefits. All other benefits from Proposition 19 come from the jobs created, tax money gained and the tax money saved. Not to mention that California is in dire need of the extra money.
