Y OUR P OSITION Some scholars and politicians argue that “stable families are the bedrock of stable communities,” but others argue that “stable communities are the bedrock of stable families.” Describe in several paragraphs which of these two positions you would take, and discuss why you are arguing for that position. In your argument, you must use at least two sociological concepts and/ or theories presented in the textbook to demonstrate your understanding of sociology and the world around us. I support the argument that stable families are the bedrock of stable communities. Based on our textbook, family is universal.
