Corrington Clay Management 3361 Business Plan Evaluation The idea of the business plan that my group was given was a cheerleading academy that aims not only to make better cheerleaders, but also better athletes. They also plan to do this in a safe, unique environment that is fun and also promotes healthy relationships with the peers around them. This business is one of a kind, in the sense that there are no direct competitors in this industry with Texas Cheer Academy (TCA). The main groups of people that are targeted for this program are middle to upper class families that have a disposable income for these cheer expenses. A main questions that are asked when developing a business and a business plan are, “Is there a market for your product?” and “How will the business make money?” As mentioned before, the market for a cheerleading academy is wide open. There are no direct competitors in surrounding areas so the company will be able to grow without the fear of competition. 31.7%
