COP recommendations Community-oriented policing is different strategies set up within communities between law enforcement and the citizens living within the community. These different strategies allow law enforcement and individuals within communities to come together in search for ways to crack down on crime and promote public safety. Community policing has increased greatly in recent years and is an excellent way to promote togetherness. Our team (C) has prepared a proposed plan for implementing a community-oriented policing program within the agency. Our mission within our police agency is to provide our citizens with a safe, secure environment in which they can live, work, and grow. We plan to accomplish our mission by joining and working in partnership with the citizens within our community. Our efforts are to establish a professional and trusting relationship with our citizens in efforts to enforce, and prevent crime. We intend to work diligently and recognize all viewpoints, experiences, backgrounds to meet and address the needs of our community. We believe working together will help reduce crime and restore a sense of security to all who live here. Communicating the vision is a simple term which, can, relate to how internal communication and external communication is processed. Understanding the basic concept of communication is the first step. The sender, receiver, or the aspects like body, verbal, written, and so on. In our organization preventing common causes of internal communication is management that is leaders and managers. Upper management assumes that because they know the rest of the staff is aware of the same information. Preventing this problem would be to understand that management must make their staff aware of nay given information necessary. Giving verbal information can be a problem because one person understanding is another’s. To

prevent this problem the management can ask the staff if the information were understood and if they have any questions or concerns. The key principles of positive internal communication are that management must have a high experience in communication skills.
