WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES IN 2 Introduction Public order advocates argue individuals rights as society has given government officials, unrestrained powers and controls that is eroding the fundamental freedom and rights afforded to all. Public order advocates believe under certain circumstances involving criminal threat to public safety it is in the interest of society take precedence over individuals rights. (Schmallenger, p11.) America is founded on the value of the individual and often expressed, in the right to privacy. Society is the threat of terrorists who can hide within our borders and kill citizens in a single act. The government must have the ability to discover the presence of terrorists, and stop terrorist acts before they are committed. Individual rights would decrease the crime rate of fear of crime, and terrorism in the United States. An individual’s rights and moral principle sanctions an individual’s action in a social context. An individual require action necessary to support his or her life and the fundamental right to life from all other rights including, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (Retrieved October 9, 2008 capitalism.org/faqrights.htm.) An individual’s rights exist whether or not a government choose, to recognize and protect them. Individuals have rights with certain responsibilities. The American system of politics, and jurisprudence, gives freedom of speech which is encouraged and protected. An individual has the right to freedom of thought, opinion, conscience, and religion; the right to manifest their religion or benefits subject only to limitations prescribed by law. It is necessary to protect public safety order, health, and fundamental rights and freedoms of others. This paper will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of an individual’s rights and the sanctioning of an individual’s rights. Life is a process of self-sustaining, and generated actions.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
