Every time we are assigned a group project to work on, I seem to be the person that rises above, and take charge of the situation. Just recently, a school quarter ago my online class was assigned a project to complete. We were told who our team members are, and it was upon us to coordinate with each other, and who would work on what. Day one and day two I didn’t hear anything from my classmates. So, I finally decided to assign my team members tasks. They weren’t very happy with my decisions, but it had to get done. I ended up doing most of the work myself because everyone kept pushing back at me, which leads me into my weakness toward leadership.
