Numerous studies have been done seeking to comprehend the manner the body reacts to various effects. Some of the effects might come from different sources. The effect might be emotional where there is the incorporation of feelings and the effect might also be mental and this involves an aspect of psychology. The other aspect to acknowledge is that there is also the aspect of physical stimuli and this stimulus is mostly associated with touch. Going through a reflection where I review the manner my body reacts to stimuli, whether there are changes noted relating toreading shifts in energy and identifying how the information can help me and others is one of thebest means through which I can identify my state of mind currently. It is important to go through the first aspect that is my physical reactions when it comes to change. It does not necessarily have to be a change coming from outside but the change can beself-imposed. I might note that the place I intend to go has a different weather as compared to mycurrent place and still go. Since I already knew that there will be a change, I can identify that my body does not react to this change. However, in the case of unforeseen change physically, my body is very fast to change. If a person touches me or screams in my ear, I react very fast becausethis shows there is a change in the environment and state.I can also identify the fact that when it comes to mental changes, this takes place in a rather moderate manner. The change is neither fast nor slow but I can identify that the change takes place with regard to the nature of the stimuli bringing about the change. In cases where the news is quite unexpected, the distraction to my psychological process and this is where I might be set back immediately and the impact of this might last very long and this is depending on the information that is presented to me. However, in the case where I had mentally prepared myself to news that will offset the balance by changing the manner things are, the destruction to the normal state is rather moderate. For this subject matter I can note that the mental depression is rather small and can even be deemed stress which then leaves my mind fast.
